These slides are taken from a talk in which I explain the history of intellectual conservatism (using Burke as a reference) and compare how the conservatism criticisms of liberalism differ from ones of a Marxist/left-wing disposition. This was written to try and be as accessible as possible to the average leftist, and encourage them to explore/consider the nuances of other ideological traditions. I’ll likely expand these out into notes posts, but for the meantime this post acts as a placeholder.
